Rest assured, we utilise cleared funds for payment, prioritizing your security. The most secure avenue we offer is payment via Bank Transfer, directly into your bank account. If you prefer, we do also offer cash payments.

Feel free to give us a call to discuss the payment method that aligns best with your preferences. When we collect your car, we promptly process payment – no waiting required for your funds to arrive!
In order to proceed with purchasing your car, we require the logbook/V5 document. Should you not possess this document, you have the option to acquire a new one by completing a V62 form. This form can be obtained from the post office or accessed online at the following link: http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Diol1/DoItOnline/DG_4017825.

Should the car's registration be under your name, DVLA offers an express service for your convenience.
Certainly, selling your car is an option, but it's important that any existing finance is settled completely. There are two approaches you can take:

Direct Settlement with Finance Company: You have the choice to settle your outstanding balance directly with your finance company. For us to proceed, we will need written confirmation from them that they have received full and final cleared payment. This confirmation should be obtained before we collect your car.

Finance Settlement by Us: Alternatively, we can handle the settlement process for you. You'll need to get in touch with your finance company to obtain a settlement figure, adhering to data protection laws. We'll need written confirmation from your finance company about the remaining balance. We will then deduct this outstanding amount from the value of your car, and proceed to pay it on your behalf.

It's important to note: If the amount you owe to the finance company is greater than the valuation of the car, you have a couple of options. You can settle the excess amount directly with the finance company before we collect the car, and we will need written confirmation of this arrangement from them. Alternatively, you can pay us the difference in the form of a Banker's Draft made payable to your finance company.

We're committed to making this process as seamless as possible for you. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or if there's anything else you'd like to clarify.
